Researchers need—and demand—that the data they use has been verified for accuracy. After all, they’re depending on this data to make critical business decisions. That’s why so many require their market research firms and panel sample providers use RelevantID.
Major panel companies around the world have chosen RelevantID because it is a completely objective, third-party validation system. Our business is 100% dedicated to providing, and investing in, the development of technology-based solutions. We do not own or operate research panels and the data we collect is used only to provide the services our clients have contracted. As a result, there is absolutely no conflict of interest.
RelevantID’s digital fingerprinting technology is used by survey researchers as an effective quality control that maintains the integrity of Web-based research. By creating a digital fingerprint of each computer, it identifies duplicate respondents who take the same survey more than once from the same machine. RelevantID flags a computer each time it tries to take a survey, so it is able to detect if multiple e-mail accounts are being used to take surveys from a single computer. In addition, RelevantID has the unique ability to identify multiple panel accounts from multiple research firms on the same computer. Suspect respondents are flagged in the system and, based on business rules, are either allowed, redirected, or completely filtered out of surveys they attempt to participate in.
We recognize that each business has its own unique operations and processes, and we firmly believe that a “one size fits all” approach to data validation cannot produce the results you need to ensure high-quality data output. That’s why RelevantID’s design is flexible, allowing us to work closely with each client to develop custom configurations exclusive to their systems and procedures.
