RelevantID is a leading industry solution for respondent de-deduplication and ensures that no respondent can take a survey more than once from the same machine. The technology will be implemented to ensure that Communispace surveys are free of duplicate respondents.

RelevantID gathers a large number of data points from a respondent’s computer. These data points are put through proprietary algorithms that result in a unique digital fingerprint for that machine. No personally identifiable information (PII) is collected and no information on the respondent’s computer is altered. The process is seamless.
